Dream house located in the mountains of Deia with private pool, large terrace and panoramic views of the village.
This is an ideal property for those seeking peace and tranquility but at the same time being a few minutes away from the well-known village of Deia, one of the most exclusive areas in the island. This 4 bedroom house highlights are a large private pool overlooking mountains and village, lush outdoor areas with beautiful trees and plants and different terraces with magnificent panoramic views.
The house is fully equipped in order to make you feel like at home. On the main floor there is a lovely living area with a fireplace, functional furniture, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, large terraces with furniture with breathtaking views, one of which is beautifully shaded and has a nice table with chairs, where one can relax and cool off in the warmest hours of the day. There is Wifi inside the house and terraces closer to the building.
There are 4 bedrooms in total, two with double bed, one of them with an en suite bathroom with a large shower, sink, toilet and a bidet, on the first floor there is also an additional bathroom with a bath, sink and toilet. Located on the ground floor there are two bedrooms with two single beds in each. The house offers an additional bathroom on the ground floor with shower, sink and toilet.
There are 3 air conditioning units located in the living room and two of the bedrooms. Other bedrooms have fans available and the house is also equipped with central heating for those wanting to enjoy a winter stay. There is also Wifi available throughout the house.
The outdoor areas of this house are simply unbeatable, there are different sitting areas with views, beautiful lush garden and of course the jewel of the house, a large swimming pool overlooking the village, church and all surrounding mountains. There are comfortable sun loungers available, two parasols and a priceless feeling of being submerged in nature which will make your stay unforgettable. There is an outdoor shower by the pool.

Booking Conditions
– No parties or events are allowed in the property, damage deposit could be deducted automatically if this rule is not met.
– No smoking inside the house, it’s permitted in the outdoor areas only.
– Trash bags must be taken away by guests on their departure day, in case many trash is left behind, a 100€ fee will be deducted from the damage deposit.
– In the event of extreme dirtiness, a fine of 100€ will be deducted from the damage deposit
