  • For those who require pool heating, please enquire at least three days in advance of their arrival; there will be an additional charge of €500 (to be paid to OT prior to travel). Please note that like all heated pools, pool heating and water temperature are reliant on weather and outside temperatures. Pool heating is not available during the months of July and August.

 

  • Groups of youngsters under 25 years old are not allowed, except in cases where they travel accompanied by their parents.

 

  • No parties or events are allowed in the property, damage deposit could be deducted automatically if this rule is not met.

 

  • No smoking inside the house, it’s permitted in the outdoor areas only.

 

  • Trash bags must be taken away by guests on their departure day, in case many trash is left behind, a 100e fee will be deducted from the damage deposit.
