This idyllic property is the perfect family holiday home, recently refurbished and completed in early 2023, Casa Nana offers a haven just a few meters away from the crystal clear waters, ensuring a peaceful and picturesque setting. Families and all guests will delight in its close proximity to the stunning Sant Pere and Sant Joan beaches.
Adorned in a beautiful, clean Mediterranean style, the house exudes an ambiance of tranquility and comfort. Inside we'll find a fully equipped haven including a beautiful new kitchen with all appliances, a dining area as well as a sitting area with comfortables sofas.Stay cool and comfortable with air conditioning or heating throughout the entire house. Equipped with three bedrooms: one bedroom features a queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom while the other two bedrooms are furnished with two single beds each, perfect for accommodating children, friends, or additional family members. There is one additional large bathroom that includes a bathtub and two sinks.
Step outside, and you'll be greeted by an enchanting outdoor space. The beautifully maintained garden sets the stage for forgetting about the boasty life, while the inviting pool beckons you to take a refreshing dip. Comfortable sun beds invite you to bask in the sun, and the shade of the gently swaying trees offers a cool respite. An outdoor shower provides convenience, while the ample space allows children to play freely.
Lasting memories of endless evenings soaked in the golden sunset light, having some drinks or dinner with the family are guaranteed.

The building is divided in two floors: The floor downstairs is the one that is for hire (CASA NANA), the floor upstairs (which is a completely separate property) is from the owners who won't be at the property at the time the house is occupied by guests.

Known affectionately by locals as "the old town," Alcúdia is situated alongside the Roman ruins of Pollentia, once the capital of Mallorca due to its strategic location for sea routes.
Alcúdia is based at the bottom of a peninsula that separates the Bays of Alcúdia and Pollensa, making it a prime location for those who appreciate stunning Mediterranean landscapes.
When you walk through the main gate into the walled, medieval town, you'll feel like you've stepped back in time. Most buildings inside the walls have been lovingly maintained and restored, adding to the town's magical feel.
Residents of Alcúdia enjoy leisurely strolls along the narrow, pedestrianised streets, where surprises await around every corner.
On Sundays and Tuesdays, the open market spreads through much of the town, attracting locals and tourists alike with its stalls filled with fresh local produce and souvenirs. In the evening, the town is bathed in warm lamplight, giving the colorful buildings a soft, pleasing glow.
