Thoughtfully designed with warmth and character, the villa invites you to unwind and embrace Ibiza’s laid-back lifestyle. Renovated in 2019, it features three beautifully appointed bedrooms, three bathrooms, and multiple private terraces. Air conditioning ensures comfort throughout the home.

Outside, a fully enclosed garden reveals distant sea views, a heated pool with a shallow section for children, and a shaded BBQ patio perfect for leisurely gatherings. Private parking accommodates up to four cars.

Cala Vadella’s picturesque beach, known for its relaxed ambiance year-round, is just a five-minute drive away. Restaurants, a beach club, and local conveniences, including a nearby supermarket and the renowned Can Pa restaurant, are within easy reach. The charming town of San Josep, with its larger stores and amenities, is only 15 minutes away. Experience Ibiza’s beauty in a space that feels just like home.

Nestled in the heart of Ibiza’s southwest, San José (Sant Josep de sa Talaia) is a charming village that perfectly balances traditional island life with modern comforts. Known for its whitewashed houses, relaxed atmosphere, and vibrant local culture, it offers an authentic taste of Ibiza away from the party scene.

San José is home to a selection of excellent restaurants, cafés, and boutique shops, making it a great spot to explore. The town’s historic church, standing proudly in the main square, is a must-see, reflecting the area’s rich heritage. Every Saturday, a lively artisan market showcases local crafts, organic produce, and handmade goods.

Surrounded by stunning natural landscapes, San José provides easy access to some of Ibiza’s most beautiful beaches, including Cala Vadella, Cala Tarida, and Cala d’Hort, with its iconic views of Es Vedrà. Hiking trails wind through the nearby hills, offering breathtaking panoramas of the island.

Pool heating at no extra cost from April until June (dependant on the weather) and then again from mid-September until the beginning of November. Also, for bookings during the winter season, pool heating can be switched on. The pool will not heated during the summer months.
End of week clean and linen change. For stays of one week this is done after checkout. If the guests rent the house for more than 1 week, they can choose when they want the cleaning to be done.
Extra cleaning is possible at a rate of €40/hour and should be requested at the time of booking.
Extra change of linen is possible at €350 per changeover.
Groups of youngsters under 25 years old are not allowed, except in cases where they travel accompanied by their parents.
No smoking inside the house, it’s permitted in the outdoor areas only.
Trash bags must be taken away by guests on their departure day, in case many trash is left behind, a 100€ fee will be deducted from the damage deposit.

Check-In/Out

Standard check-in time is from 16:00 and Check-Out before 10:00. If you wish to check in/out at different times please let us know and we will try to accommodate your request.

Payment

A 30% deposit must be made at the moment of reservation. The remaining 70% will be requested 60 days upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy

If the guest cancels over 60 days in advance, the 30% deposit payment will be kept as a cancellation penalty. In case the guest cancels less than 60 days in advance, no refund will be eligible.

No refund for guests who don’t show up or leave earlier.

Security Deposit

A security deposit of 3000€ will be requested upon arrival. This amount will be refunded with 7 next days after check-out.
