Can Nomada stands in a gated community with 24-hour security on the west coast of Ibiza, in the municipality of San José, about 800 metres on foot from the beaches of Cala Conta. The 420 m² villa sleeps eight in four en-suite bedrooms, with a fifth bathroom and a guest WC. It is one of our luxury villas in Ibiza for couples, families and friends who want the west coast sunsets close at hand.

Infinity pool, garden and outdoor dining

The L-shaped infinity pool can be heated and looks out to the sea, with the sunset over Cala Conta in front. Around it is a 1,000 m² garden with olive trees, cacti and a hammock, several lounges under wooden pergolas and a long dining table beneath a macramé canopy. There is also a barbecue.

Stone walls, living room and cinema

Inside, the house combines white walls and local stone. The open-plan ground floor brings together the kitchen with breakfast bar, a dining table for ten and the living room, all opening onto the terraces. The lounge has Apple TV and a Bang & Olufsen sound system, and the villa also has a cinema room and a fireplace.

Bedrooms and wellness centre

All four bedrooms are on the ground floor, with 180 x 200 beds, air conditioning and en-suite bathrooms. The master suite measures 41 m², with a private terrace, views of the garden, pool and sea, and a bathroom with a local stone bathtub and rain shower. Guests also have free use of the community's 300 m² wellness centre with spa, jacuzzi and fitness room.

Can Nomada is located in:

Cala Conta and the San José coast, west Ibiza

Cala Conta, about 800 metres away on foot, is known for its clear water, the islets offshore and its sunsets. Cala Bassa and Cala Tarida are a short drive along the coast, the town of Sant Antoni is about 6 km away and Ibiza airport about 20 km.

This part of the San José coast combines beaches and sunsets with easy access to the island's restaurants and beach clubs. Mid-stay clean, towel change and end of stay clean included in rental price. For stays of longer than 1 week there is also a weekly linen and towel change with a further clean.
Pool heating is an additional 500€ per week.
Groups of youngsters under 25 years old are not allowed, except in cases where they travel accompanied by their parents.
No smoking inside the house, it’s permitted in the outdoor areas only.
Trash bags must be taken away by guests on their departure day, in case many trash is left behind, a 100€ fee will be deducted from the damage deposit.

Check-In/Out

Standard check-in time is from 16:00 and Check-Out before 10:00. If you wish to check in/out at different times please let us know and we will try to accommodate your request.

Payment

A 30% deposit must be made at the moment of reservation. The remaining 70% will be requested 60 days upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy

If the guest cancels over 60 days in advance, the 30% deposit payment will be kept as a cancellation penalty. In case the guest cancels less than 60 days in advance, no refund will be eligible.

No refund for guests who don’t show up or leave earlier.

Security Deposit

A security deposit of 3000€ will be requested upon arrival. This amount will be refunded with 7 next days after check-out.
