Villa Features
Casa Piro is a four-bedroom villa for up to eight guests about 1 km from the town of Santa Eulalia, on the east coast of Ibiza. Its contemporary, Bauhaus-inspired architecture looks out over the sea and the marina of Santa Eulalia.
The heated infinity pool sits on a terrace facing the sea, with sun loungers and outdoor lounge areas around it. On the roof there is a terrace with a jacuzzi and views over the coast. In total the villa has about 340 m² of outdoor space.
The interiors are air-conditioned throughout and furnished in a contemporary style, with large windows towards the sea. The house has a private fitness room and a smart home system to control the lighting and the climate.
The master suite has a 200 x 200 cm bed and an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and freestanding bathtub. The second bedroom also has its own bathroom, and the third and fourth share one. All bedrooms have air conditioning and a TV, and three of them have sea views.

From Casa Piro, the town centre is about 1 km away and the nearest beach about 2 km, while coves such as Cala Llonga and Cala Nova are a short drive. The airport is 23 km away.
