Villa Features
Casa Solea sits about five minutes by car from Santa Eulalia, on a 50,000 m² private plot of pine woods and gardens with views down to the sea. The 600 m² villa sleeps eight in four en-suite bedrooms and has covered and open parking for several cars. It is one of our luxury villas in Ibiza for families and groups who want space and quiet close to town.
The 10 x 6 m pool can be heated and is surrounded by sun loungers, large round daybeds and parasols, with a shaded bathroom beside it. Next to the pool there is a dining table with sea views, and a covered outdoor kitchen with barbecue, fridge, ice machine and a bar table for long meals outside. A lawn with outdoor seating lies to one side of the house.
Inside, white walls are combined with arches, wooden beamed ceilings, stone details and chandeliers. The living room has sofas and a satellite TV, and an arched porch with rattan seating opens onto the garden. A long dining table stands next to the fully equipped kitchen, with wooden cabinets and built-in ovens, and a second table looks out over the terrace and pool.
Three bedrooms are on the ground floor and the fourth, with sea views, a walk-in wardrobe and a bathroom with bath and shower, is on the first floor. All have king size beds, air conditioning and TV. The villa also has underfloor heating, Wi-Fi, a security system, safes in the bedrooms, washing machine, tumble dryer and iron.

Santa Eulalia is about 3 km away, with its palm-lined promenade, marina, restaurants and shops, and the hilltop church of Puig de Missa above the old town. The nearest beach is also about 3 km from the villa, and Cala Llonga, Niu Blau and Cala Nova are a short drive along the east coast. Ibiza airport is around 25 km away.
The town keeps a calmer pace than the west of the island, with markets, galleries and restaurants serving Ibizan and international food.
