A modern villa in the hills above Cala Jondal

Villa Theia stands on a 25,000 m² private plot of pine and juniper woods in the hills above Cala Jondal, in the municipality of San José, with views over the countryside to the sea. The 650 m² house sleeps ten in five en-suite bedrooms. The beach at Cala Jondal is about 3 km away and Ibiza airport about 7 km. It is one of our luxury villas in Ibiza for groups who want privacy close to the southwest beaches.

Infinity pool, terraces and gardens

A long saltwater infinity pool runs beside the house, with daybeds, parasols and sun terraces along its edge. Around it are an outdoor hot tub, several shaded lounges and a chill-out corner among the pines. A dining table for twelve sits under a wooden pergola, a good place to watch the sunset, and there is a barbecue.

Living spaces and gym

Inside, glass walls open the living room to the terraces. Cream sofas, wooden tables and a stone wall set the tone, and a long wooden dining table seats the whole group next to a kitchen with stainless steel worktops. A gym with cardio and weight machines opens onto the terrace. The villa has air conditioning, Wi-Fi and private gates.

Five en-suite bedrooms

All five bedrooms are doubles with en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning and plenty of storage. The master suite is at the top of the house, with a large terrace, views and a bathroom with separate bath and shower. Several rooms have a built-in washbasin in the bedroom, and one has a sunken bathtub by the window.

Cala Jondal and Es Cubells, southwest Ibiza

Cala Jondal, about 3 km away, is a pebble beach on the southwest coast known for its waterfront restaurants and beach clubs. The clifftop village of Es Cubells and the beaches of Cala d'Hort and Cala Vadella are a short drive west, and the village of San José is about 8 km away. Ibiza airport is around 7 km from the villa.

Property’s own chef only allowed to work at the house (on request), external chefs not allowed.
Housekeeping Information: 6 hours per day, except Saturdays and Sundays.
Groups of youngsters under 25 years old are not allowed, except in cases where they travel accompanied by their parents.
No smoking inside the house, it’s permitted in the outdoor areas only.
Trash bags must be taken away by guests on their departure day, in case many trash is left behind, a 100€ fee will be deducted from the damage deposit.
No parties or events are allowed in the property, damage deposit could be deducted automatically if this rule is not met.

Check-In/Out

Standard check-in time is from 16:00 and Check-Out before 10:00. If you wish to check in/out at different times please let us know and we will try to accommodate your request.

Payment

A 30% deposit must be made at the moment of reservation. The remaining 70% will be requested 60 days upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy

If the guest cancels over 60 days in advance, the 30% deposit payment will be kept as a cancellation penalty. In case the guest cancels less than 60 days in advance, no refund will be eligible.

No refund for guests who don’t show up or leave earlier.

Security Deposit

A security deposit of 10000€ will be requested upon arrival. This amount will be refunded with 7 next days after check-out.
